Woodberry Forest School Tigers
CJ was a three-sport athlete at Woodberry Forest School (WFS) in Madison County, Virginia. He graduated in 2012. During his tenure at WFS, CJ played safety and wide receiver. He committed to the University of Notre Dame to play college football over offers from Penn State, North Carolina, Vanderbilt, Virginia Tech, among others.
University of Notre Dame Fighting Irish
Played three positions for the Fighting Irish. CJ finished his final season with the Irish rushing for 1,032 yards on 156 carries (6.6 avg) and 11 touchdowns, and 28 receptions for 308 yards and one touchdown.
Seattle Seahawks
CJ was drafted by the Seahawks in the third round of the 2016 NFL draft.
